Shipping policy

Handcrafting & Processing Time Each MW Putter is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your putter to be made before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options We ship within the United States only via USPS. At checkout, you can choose from two options:

• Standard Shipping (Free) — USPS Ground Advantage, estimated 2–5 business days after shipment
• Expedited Shipping ($18.00) — USPS Priority Mail, estimated 1–3 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Packaging Every putter is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at mtnputters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
