All MW Putters are handcrafted and made to order. Because each putter is built specifically for you — including your chosen hand side, sight line, and length — all sales are final.

Defects & Damage We stand behind the quality of every putter we make. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us at mtnputters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to repair or replace the putter at no cost to you.

Shipping Damage Claims If your putter is damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging materials as they may be required for a carrier claim. Contact us immediately so we can initiate the process on your behalf.
